This Privacy Policy describes how TwistedGraphen (hereafter, the Application) handles information when you use our mobile game.

TwistedGraphen is a game application designed for entertainment purposes. This policy applies to the interaction between the user and their mobile device while playing TwistedGraphen.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Therefore, TwistedGraphen is designed with the following principles:

Personal Information: TwistedGraphen does not transmit out of the user device any personally identifiable information from its users, such as your name, email address, phone number, location data, or any other data that could identify you.

Game Data Collection: The Application does not transmit out of the user device any information generated from your gameplay, progress, scores, or in-game actions. All game-related data remains solely on your device, unless you activate sharing name and scores with media you choose. Namely, transfer of data relating to the game including a name the user identified herself/himself and game scores is done upon user's order, and the transfer is to a media elected by the user.  

No External Communication: TwistedGraphen does not transmit any information from your device to any external servers, third parties, or beyond your mobile device itself. The application operates entirely offline in terms of data handling.

3. Data Storage

Any data related to your game progress, settings, or is stored locally on your mobile device only. This data is not accessible to us, nor is it transmitted off your device, unless you  activate such a transfer. 

4. Permissions

TwistedGraphen requests only the minimum necessary permissions required for the application to function correctly on your device. These permissions are solely for the purpose of the game's operation (e.g., displaying graphics, playing sounds) and are not used to access or collect any personal information.

5. Children's Privacy

TwistedGraphen is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. As we do not collect any personal information from any user, this principle inherently extends to children.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
